For hygiene and safety reasons, no refunds or exchanges will be granted on products sold, including in particular:

  • Soaps

  • Balms

  • Body and face creams

  • Any other product applied to the skin

These items are considered personal hygiene products. Once delivered, they cannot be returned, even if they have not been opened.

Damaged products or order error

If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect order, please contact us within 3 days of receipt, with a supporting photo. We will evaluate the situation and find an appropriate solution (replacement, credit, etc.).
