We use Machool, a shipping platform that compares the best carriers (like Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, etc.) to offer you fast, reliable delivery at the best possible price.
1. Delivery areas
We deliver across Canada. For international deliveries, please contact us directly before ordering.
2. Processing times
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Once shipped, the order is delivered according to the chosen carrier via Machool (generally 2 to 7 working days depending on the destination).
You will receive a tracking number as soon as the order is shipped.
Please allow five to six weeks for custom soap orders.
3. Delivery costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your address, weight, and order size. Machool selects the most cost-effective option based on your needs.
4. Package tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can track the status of your package directly through the selected carrier's website.
5. Unclaimed delivery or incorrect address
Please ensure that the address provided is correct. In the event of a package being returned to sender (e.g., invalid address, unclaimed), reshipping fees may apply.
6. Delivery delays or problems
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers (e.g., weather conditions, strikes, or periods of high volume). If you have any problems, please contact us at lafleurdelouest@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
7. Extreme weather conditions (frost)
To ensure the superior quality of our products and to prevent them from being damaged by the cold, we do not ship orders placed on our website when the temperature reaches -15°C or lower.
In this case, shipping will be temporarily delayed until weather conditions allow for safe delivery.
You will be notified by email if there is a delay due to cold weather.
